He was also responsible for crowd control in areas such as gaming, the club’s twelve bars and a night club. Prior to this, Brian was the Site Security Coordinator for five development sites, including Multiplex construction sites, Oxford Square, Erskineville residential, Sydney Park, Beau Monde at North Sydney, and Student Village in Newtown, Stamford development, Finger Wharf, Mecure Hotel and Australand site at Broadway. These sites had anywhere from 50 to 120 contractors on site at any one time. Brian was responsible for site access control, design and implement of site operation procedures, liaising with clients on matters concerning security employment numbers and deployment, recruitment and selection of new staff, monitoring and reporting contractors OH&S issues and staff performance. Brian also worked as a certified trainer conducting Training in Cert IV Security Risk Management, Cert 11 and 111 Security Operations, Armed Robbery Awareness and Senior First Aid.
